Shipping & Returns Policy

UK Delivery:

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, First Class Recorded, or courier service depending on value, size and weight. All but the smallest orders are fully insured, signed for and trackable. We aim to despatch orders as soon as they are received, and most orders should arrive next day, or the day after depending on the time of day the order is placed. Tracking information will be supplied when the order is despatched.
For deliveries that are sent uninsured, a proof of posting can be supplied, but please be aware that ownership of the goods transfers to the buyer at the time of posting, and we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all products are in stock, should we be unable to supply the order immediately, we will contact you with the option of a later delivery or a full refund, as you prefer.

Overseas Customers:

We are happy to ship items to most countries and we are able to offer different shipping methods. Please contact us for details if you wish to use different shipping methods to those offered on the website. Customers from outside the EU should also note that we must attach a commercial invoice or declaration to the outside of packages showing the full value of the items being sent. Orders supplied outside the EU may be subject to local inport customs and/or duty charges which are the resposibility of the addressee.

 

Returns:

We are able to accept returns on most items, but all returns must be pre-approved by UAVshop before being sent. Packages returned without authorization will not be accepted for refund, warranty or replacement. Once return authorization has been granted, goods must be posted to us within seven days. Goods remain the property of the customer until received by us. We advise you to use a recorded service with adequate insurance coverage for the goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of returned items. Replacement items will not be sent out until returned items are received and checked. The cost of returning items will be borne by the customer.

 

Refunds:

If a product purchased is not to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for a full refund as long as you notify us within seven days of receipt. The item should be in its original condition, including original packaging which must be UNOPENED. We will refund the sale price of the item (not including any delivery costs and costs you incur returning the unwanted item).
